Yes, we offer paid samples. If you proceed with a formal order afterward, a portion of the sample cost will be credited toward your first purchase.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (USD only), bank transfer via Wise, or PayPal.For bank transfers through Wise, we can receive payments in USD, EUR, or JPY.
3. How long does shipping take?
For loose-leaf teas, the typical lead time is around two weeks. For matcha, the lead time may vary depending on the producer and the season, as global demand remains exceptionally high. Please contact us for the most up-to-date information.
4. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, weight, volume, and season, but we offer competitive rates through our partnered shipping companies. We choose the most economical carrier at the time, such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx, and we do not add any margin to the shipping cost.
5. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For loose leaf teas, the MOQ is generally 1 kg. For matcha, the MOQ varies depending on the matcha. Please contact us for the most up-to-date information.
6. Do you offer volume discounts?
We prioritize long-term partnerships over one-time bulk purchases. For clients who place regular repeat orders, we offer special discounts as part of our partnership program.
